Q: What is your return policy?

A: No, it doesn't. We stock a huge selection of inventory from all the major American mills, many of which are available for purchase of less than carton quantities. For efficiency, we have simply compiled an assortment of some of more popular grades available for retail purchase online.

As we have historically been a wholesale distributor, the are countless grades we offer in carton quantities at wholesale prices. Whether you're a return customer, or this is you first time working with us, we welcome all questions and inquiries you may have. Please contact us anytime. Q: Do you make truck deliveries out of the New York City area for wholesale orders?

A:  Our primary mission is to be the best paper distributor we can be to our local customers in New York and New Jersey. That being said, we do still offer shipping options via UPS  to the rest of the country, as well as truck shipments for larger orders.

Q: Can I come to your location to browse paper samples?

A: We do have customers picking up stock orders from us daily, but unfortunately we don't have a  showroom in house.

We can provide samples on any job you're working on as well as swatch books for your personal use.
